The color Indigo holds attributes of the colors of blue and violet.  It is a color of the spectrum, named after the famous Indigo Dye, which got famous in India, a country that is said to be the greatest and oldest center of indigo dyeing. There are many variations and types of Indigo, from Electric Indigo to Deep Indigo, from Pigment Indigo to Indigo Dye, from Bright Indigo to Denim Indigo, so on and so forth, depending on the amount of blue or purple they have.
